I am currently on year 2, winter 6, I received the letter winter 5 and visited the town hall and nothing happened. I will get screenshots now

How do I know which savebackup is winter 5?

Oh, it's most likely the latest file based on its date modified. Or, if you're unsure, you can send the folder in a zipped file.
