Hello! I still have not gotten the smoothie recipe from Leah and I have about 5 hearts with her already. I know I read you only need 2 to get the recipe. I need the recipe for the lake temple. Any suggestions?

Just make it manually. You aren't going to get the recipes for most of them, you've just got to make it yourself.

I just double checked my list - Leah teaches you lettuce wrap at heart level 6, but that's all you'll get from her. No one teaches you the smoothie recipe

It's just any vegetable in the blender for the green smoothie, and any fruit in the blender for the fruit smoothie

you are only going to be taught about 20 recipes, the rest you have to make on your own
