[Bug] Tools doesn't upgrade!!

Title: My silver tools doesn't upgraded and item's name still bronze grade
**Reproduction Steps: **

• Run on Patch v1.1-1225
• After I upgrade the bronze axe to silver axe it's change only the item picture but item name still showing bronze axe
  So the function is a bronze axe that can't chop the hard wood. In case the pick axe is have the same problem.
• Check the Pick axe and Axe in character's inventory
  **Repro Rate: **100%
  Game Platform: Steam
  Input Mode: Keyboard
