#Not Recieving invite to underwater farm

Since reaching Town Rank A and had the cermony I have not recieved a letter from the merfolk to go underwater farm. I've finnsihed the 'One of Us' quest, and since the Town Rank A cermony I've just kept playing in hopes of recieving the letter.

Don't know if reproduction steps/ Repro Rate is necessary
