#Steam Crash after walking outside after waking up

I just wake up, walk outside, walk over my farm and it crashes (not opening mail, not harvesting, not watching tv in the morning, not petting my cat didn't solve the problem)

Reproduction Steps: the first time, I woke up, petted my cat and watched tv, then when jeff started to talk, it crashed. second time I petted my cat, skipped watching tv, read my mail, harvested and during watering it crashed. third time I skipped petting and reading mail, crashed. let steam check if any files are installed incorrectly, it found one, did its thing and was ready to be played again. opened the game, skipped petting, skipped mail, just walked over my farm - crashed. Two days ago I had no problems.

I did everything the person who made this video said until minute 2:45 and now I‘ve been (so far) able to play more than 14 consecutive days without crashing. maybe this‘ll help to fix something about the game or at least to help others who have the same problem as myself

okay, I think I jinxed it haha. I played the same (snowy) day 4 times, each time with lots of fishing and nothing else, and every time it crashed when I got about 10 fishes, often during fishing. just lagged and crashed

update: when I play in compatibility mode I can play with a few lags but no crashes. big win, i'm so happy I've found a solution!

May I ask if the crash issue still happening now in the Coral Island latest version (v1.1-1226) after you set to play in Compatibility mode?

I haven't tried playing without compatibility mode but some (real time) days it crashes anyways. I don't put my pc in standby mode but shut it off completely
