A Couple of Newbie Questions as Someone From Stardew Valley

As the title suggests, I know this game is extremely heavily inspired from SDV (if the character ConcernedMonkey wasn't obvious enough). I just want to know how some of the gameplay differs if any at all as all the info I could find online is very outdated.

1: Is there a jealousy mechanic? And do you lose hearts if you don't talk to NPCs often?

2: Does fences decay and thus need replaced periodically?

3: Does lightning/blizzards affect crops?

1: There is no jealousy. You can date as many people as you like with no consequences - however, there is no current way to break up with or divorce an NPC, so be sure you actually want to pursue a relationship with them.

• There's some relationship decay, in that you can lose points by gifting a disliked item, but once you have achieved a heart, you cannot go below that number of hearts.

2: Fences do not decay.

3: They do not.
