I am working on the part of the To The Surface quest where I need to meet the merfolk at the meeting spot. I'm in the correct spot and in Spring 11 Year 2. When I go to the diving location, I get an error that says it failed to play the cut scene. I tried closing and restarting the game and my device multiple times but it didn't fix anything.
I'm playing on Steam.
