#Cheese in the auto chest keeps disappearing

Reproduction Steps: I have 2 auto chests linked and 9 aging barrels attached to them. The first time I put all my cheese peoduction, about 4 stacks of 90+ cheese wheels. Next day they were gone. Not sure it’s linked but one aging barrel not on the auto chest does not “recover” from that other bug where the product is unrecoverable until you exit the game. I also have taken the cheese off it one time and it never appeared in my inventory.
It felt like when I put new aging barrels on the auto chest it started loading things and then the cheese disappeared, but I can’t confirm that (and there’s no cheese in the aging barrels).

Repro Rate: whenever I put new cheese in the auto chest, it disappears eventually, looks like from one day to the next.

Game Platform: Game Pass - Xbox Series X (that I intermittently play on pc)

Game Version: 1.1-1198

Input Mode: controller

Will try to reproduce it again and take a picture.

If it helps I can also try to load the game on pc and get the save file/check if it’s happening on pc as well.

I also am having this issue. Auto-chests are suuuuuper bugged right now. They are eating large stacks of everything. I lost a stack of snowdrop flowers and coal and lots of other stuff. They are also putting items back into the aging barrels rather than taking them out. Strongly encourage you to keep small stacks of things in the chests and to not use aging barrels with the chests for now until they acknowledge/fix the bugs with the auto-chests....

Will do! It’s weird that they used to work pretty okay inside the shed, and when I moved part of them out, they got quite buggy.
It also seems to do worse with the aging barrels than other machines.

They seem to work fine with the kiln and also seem to be working well on a conveyer belt system. But they will not work with the furnace, extractor, or with the recycler to make scrap to save my life. They work like a champ with bee houses. I have been too worried about the bug with them putting the items back into the aging barrel to stick one onto my auto chest to test that out. It's annoying it takes so much trial and error to get this stuff figured out. I sure do wish they would acknowledge the issue instead of ignoring the tons of complaints that the players are making about it.

I've had this same issue on PC with steam. Wine, gesha coffee, kimchi and mead - I have no problems.

Veggie juice (hot peppers), fermenting cheese, coffee - These just vanish from my auto chest and aren't in the barrels or kegs
