Controller Bug in settings, No Left or Right PS5

Hi my partner was playing on the PS5,
After the update She tried to change it back to the old settings but stuffed it up.
No she is unable to go left or right in the main menu and isn't able to select default controls due to not being able to click left and confirm.

Is there anyway this can be fixed??? don't want her 110hr game to be gone.

Does this issue still happen in the game? Can you try opening the settings and click on reset the binding? 😮
