I was wondering if i am the only one having issues trying to propose to Semeru and he will ALWAYS say no, no matter how many heart events i've unlocked or hearts i have :S
I've so far "dated" him in the game for a few seasons now, and heart events are up and everything, but he still will refuse the proposal :S
