I haven't been able to get into my sheds for the past 3 game days, and have tried restarting the game multiple times to fix it. The dialogue box to open the door doesn't show up, but I can get into the boxes in front of the shed just fine.
I use PC with keyboard and mouse, and the version is v1.1-1225
I tried using the guide in the bug reporting guideline to find my save file, but that doesn't have a folder Saved in ProjectCoral.

So, two things. I can't tell from your video but are you attempting to click low enough to enter? To enter you actually have to click the square right in front of the door, on the little doormat. Your video makes it seem like you aren't clicking that spot and instead only click the door.
Not that they shouldn't fix this, as it can be quite confusing for people since this is the only building in the game where clicking on the door doesn't let you enter.
If you try clicking lower and still can't get in, my only other suggest would be removing the flooring. The shed can be picky about things in front of it. I tend to ensure that 3x2 space infront is completely clear just to avoid it's fussiness.
