Reproduction Steps
You open the game, and it is a new day. Your character wakes up and moves outside of your home, to the fast travel point. Upon choosing to fast travel to land your Playstation crashes. This ALSO includes Anchor fast travel back to land. This person cannot leave the sea.
However, when fast traveling to other sea locations it does not crash?
