Reproduction Steps I had the cutscene for the orchestra site at 10m but when I visited to donate the clam has closed and I cannot trigger the cutscene again.

From the video you sent, it appears you haven't completed the resupply quest. If you complete that quest, does the issue still occur? Can you show us your quest?

I thought I had already completed that, strange. I have completed it again and got the mermaid feast cutscene, not luck with the choo cutscene yet.
