I build all the Attractions, but my rank for attractions in the Townranking screen is still at D. Is there any other way to increase the Rank?

Did you go to the areas and see the cut scenes where the attraction opened?
Are you sure you did all of them? There are 10, an that should have gotten you farther than rank D

I´m not sure to be honest i skip most of them. can you tell me where they are?

Everywhere you built an attraction. So like the Inn, in the town center, the ramen shop, in the community center, places like that

i walked through all of them. But there wasn´t any Cutscenes. I´ll try it again

there should be a cut scene for all of them once they are finished being built. I think except for the pool at the inn, there doesn't seem to be one for that one

by skipping, do you mean you skipped the cut scene?
but if you made all 10, you should be much higher level, can you share a screenshot of your attraction screen?

that's absolutely strange. that should have taken you to S. Maybe try to do a hangout in each spot? (Although I didn't have to do that in beta, but maybe something has changed, or it will get your game to recognize the attraction is finished?)
