Do the scarecrows from merit store count towards the craft all items achievement?

I think I already crafted all of the items but the achievement won’t pop up, so I was wondering if the merit shop’s scarecrows counted as well since I haven’t bought all of those yet.

I could have missed some of the items though since I was crafting as I played, so I wanted confirmation.
