This was the email I received about three weeks ago:
Thank you for supporting our game, Coral Island.
Yes, your exclusive Backer reward key will also be changed to a Steam key.
Just a heads up, once you switch your key to Steam, you won't be able to change it again. It might take us up to 14 business days to process this change.
If you want to go ahead, please confirm your email address and backer number. Screenshots of your Kickstarter receipt work too.

Hmm. I think you'll need to DM Novita directly then and ask for help with this. Make sure to mention the dates you sent and received e-mails from Stairway and that you've checked Backerkit as well.
