Unreal Engine Crash after go to bed during the save process

Reproduction Steps:
The ingame date is the 1 spring year 2.
That means I have a lot of new seeds to plant with everything that goes with it. Clearing beds, hoeing, buying seeds, sowing and watering. After I've finished the whole procedure and I go to sleep, the daily overview is displayed first and then it says that the game is now saving. During this saving the game crashes and there is an Unreal Engine crash report.

This has only occurred since the 1.1 update, before that everything worked perfectly.

I promise I have played the game day where the game always crashed at least 5 times in the hope that it works now. After that I gave up and reported the crash here.
Now I played this day again to make a video for you (I recorded it with Windows+G). And what can I say, as it happens in life, the game has now saved reliably and has not crashed.
On the one hand that's good because I can finally continue playing but on the other hand it's also stupid that I can't show you the crash. What should I do now? Should I try to reload the old savegame I sent you and try to reproduce the crash?

I think I'll always record my game sessions in the future, maybe the game won't crash anymore😂
