PC via Steam, ver 1.1-1225. Talked to Emma while she was cooking in the kitchen, and when she turned to face me, the cutting board ended up floating in midair in front of her.

Immediately after this interaction she walked over to the stove, so I'm not sure if it would proc if she wasn't about to walk to the stove. In-game time is currently 19:40, Winter 19, Year 4.
