#Rafflesia Forest teleport not working.

Trying to get to Pandazen but the Forest teleport just puts me back in the same place I used it.

Platform: PC
Game ver 1.1-1225
Added a mkv video.

Also tried it the next day as well as restarting the game. Same thing.
