Auto Chests not pulling items to chest to process

Hey, I have a set up in my shed with auto chests to pull trash from the chest and put it through the recycler to turn it into scrap.

I'm not sure what I am doing wrong as it won't pull anything from the chests.

it can be buggy sometimes

do try and replace the automation chest from bottom to top
