I have healed the coral trees and got rewarded but I still can't go into some mermaid locations like the inn and the general store. How do I fix?

It appears i can also still not give gifts to the merfolk either

Oh yes, sorry Discord didnt ping me for the first response. I am able to enter the shops now. I'm on PC steam
