I took a break from the game so not sure how I did this, but I turned in 4/5 osmium crops. I brought several more osmium crops to finish quest but there isn't a way to give the oracle the last one. Am I moron? What am I doing wrong?

You can’t only turn 4/5 in. You have to have everything in your inventory when you go to her. It then tiggers a cut scene. There isn’t any “gifting” involved.
