I finally unlocked the savannah and followed the questline for the giants, spending my first day in the cave of memories. The day after, I had a "strange dream" cutscene where another cave opened up by removing some roots. Now I ran all around the place and couldn't find where that was, since there is no map I just wanted to ask if I am missing something obvious?

that cave is located at the savannah. theres just one cave there.
to access the savannah, you need to finish 18 offering bundles. the way is next to Paul/Anne's house, theres a big boulder there than you can break with pickaxe.

Ah I just now saw this. My question wasn't about accessing the savannah. I was already there, went into the cave of memories, made it to lvl 25 and saw the first memory. Then the night after that I got a cutscene of roots opening up at some cave entrance so now I am confused as to what they opened bc if there is only the one cave I got the cutscene of it being accessible AFTER entering it

It may be the bug where you see cutscenes twice or something like that. I got the one with Karen deciding to ||run for mayor|| twice.

the thing is, I only saw it once. AFTER I entered. Maybe it played late because I did not go to sleep after unlocking the savannah?
