#Access on underwater farm

Hello, i think i have a problem.

My town is rank A, i do all quest available (include Savanah) and i see the cutscene with the Mayor about the rank of the Town. But i didn't have the letter for the King of the sea. What can i do ? I waited 6 day (ingame) after the cutscene but nothing happen.

Keep waiting. A lot of stuff unlocks at town rank a, and it takes time to get to them all
