If you go to the mermaid palace early enough in the game (at least before 11) the three are eating breakfast and though the king and queen don’t have any issue talking to you Miranjani’s character animation suddenly t-poses after speaking with her or during a gift exchange. It is an everyday occurrence in the game if you speak to her while she is sitting. The screen recording I provided below is on my pc with game pass in version 1-162 and is played using keyboard and mouse.
