I had ground/flying incest traps as well and crawling/floating traps and I collected from them while doing my daily checklist, went to the cherry blossom festival and went to bed. When I woke up all 40 traps were gone.

Hi! are you sure they are gone or are they maybe just invisible? (try hovering your cursor over where they were)
mine vanished after a festival too, but eventually showed up again (i think after i was buying a building from the carpenters, but could have been a coincidence and any shop-action might be worth trying out?)
