Short summary - Before the update, I had a gold pickaxe, gold axe, gold scythe, gold net, gold fishing rod, bronze watering can, and my hoe was in the middle of being upgraded to silver. When I opened my save after the hotfix, I instead had a bronze pickaxe, bronze axe, bronze scythe, bronze net, and wooden watering can. The only tool that was still gold was my fishing rod. I also had a bronze hoe in my inventory, but when I went to the blacksmith, they told me they were still upgrading my hoe to silver.
Reproduction Steps - After I updated the game this morning, when I loaded my save, my tools had downgraded.
Repro Rate - This happened both times I tried to open my save after the hotfix. I have not completed a day with the new hotfix since I'm hoping you'll be able to fix this issue.

Same for me, all my tools are osmium, but now i got some things in my inventory that i didn't have in it last night, and most my tools are downgraded to gold except my scyte, my net is silver, and my hoe is all the way downgraded...
