Incorrect Items in Inventory

Title: Several tools downgraded in quality, greatsword replaced with duplicate hammer weapon, random items that weren't in there last night are suddenly there such as fertilizer, trash, and wind geodes.

Reproduction Steps - 1. Download the latest patch 2. Launch the game 3. Select an existing save file.

Repro Rate - Has only occurred since downloading patch.

Game Platform - Steam

Game Version - v1.1-1224

Input Mode - Controller, but swapping to keyboard and mouse did not fix it.

I understand this has already been reported, but I am sharing to give Devs/QA access to screenshot, save file, and additional context

Q) Can you mention which tools have the problems?
Can you let us know what the quality it has previously and now?

Axe went from Silver to Bronze
Pick went from Gold to Basic
Net went from Bronze to Basic
Rod went from Bronze to Basic
Scythe is correct

Q) Can you tell us where you placed those tools before the hotfix update?
A) These tools were in my inventory, but I am unsure which inventory slot

I haven't experience a duplication bug before that I know of, but I did run into a weird issue at the very beginning of this save. Not sure if it is related, but adding the info in case it helps you track this down:

TLDR: The sav file I shared was converted in 1.1 from early access and started me out with no tools.

Here is how it unfolded:

1. I converted an old early access save to a new one after 1.1 came out.
2. When I finished the opening cut scene my game crashed>
3. I reloaded the game and the cut scene triggered again
4. I skipped the cut scene
5. I started my day with NO tools.
6. I closed the game and relaunched it
7. I loaded up the file and watched the entire cutscene
8. I started my day with NO tools again.
9. I waited for the blacksmith to open
10. I recovered my missing tools.

@chrome swift it looks like the latest 1.1-1225 patch did not completely resolve my issue reported in this ticket.

I still have duplicate weapons and random items in my inventory. I previously had a greatsword and hammer weapon, both of which were in my inventory before downloading patch 1.1-1224. Since that patch, my greatsword has been replaced with the duplicate hammer weapon.

Let me know if I can provide any additional detail to get my account back to where it was pre-patch 1.1-1224. Thank you!
