items/tools disappeared at tree festival????

I actually passed out because I didn't have my snacks with me or anything that I brought, and I realized all of my tools except my hoe were just gone??? Passed out, andddd none of it returned. So freaked out. I'm still only in Spring of year 1, but oh gosh I don't want to restart. ): Is there a way I can get into the files and load from a backup that may potentially help? And if so... how the heck could I do that lol?
I just want my things back :c
(Btw, the tools disappeared and items once it loaded me into the tree planting ceremony, and STAYED gone once I passed out). So they poofed before I passed out even ):
