Savannah cave locked

I cannot enter the cave of the savannah, i'm blocked for "find the last giant" quest
I have deblocked the savannah before finishing the rare altar

i had this issue too, the goddess cutscene happened when i still had one more to complete. i went to the savannah, got the giant cutscene but when i got there cave was blocked by the red barrier. after completing the last one i was able to enter. this is steam, not sure exactly what version, but it was before 1224 broken tools update

so to make things more confusing, I got the savannah cutscene for the advanced altar, not the rare alter as stated on the wiki. I got the cutscene after having finished barn & coop animals, basic cooking & artisan, and monster drops. When completed fruit plant is when i could access the cave. I still havent finished the rare altar. attached screenshots of my current state

The rewards got switched around. The cave is now the reward for finishing the advanced altar. You unlock the Savannah from completing any 18 bundles. The wiki’s are out of date.

ah, then it's just rather confusing that the savannah is unlocked at x number of offerings, but isn't really usable until the whole altar is done
