Locating backup (In-Game)

Oh no! Did you accidentally bought a golden chicken suit? Or accidentally craft something with your precious insect/fish? Or/and any other inconveniences?
If that happens, you can go to the previous day by loading the backup

Note: This should work for all platforms, although platforms other than Steam may show lesser backup

ps: you can attempt doing this too while you seems to cant load your save file.

How? :

• Go to your settings, Select the Game category. Scroll down and find "Show backup", Set that to "Yes"
• When you are about to load the game, there's a box in the corner: "Show backup", Check that :check:
  After that, your backup save will show up there. you can select which day you wanna go back.
  After successfully loading the backup, you must sleep to save your progress.

Note: If the backup does not show up yet, relaunch/reload your game

A quick clarification if it is okay to add this; backups are only available to load from the title screen. That's what you meant by relauch/reload I think but seems worth putting in those words, for those of us who play from console that just resumes play and rarely if ever actually see the title lol

By reloading/relaunching it's like closing the game, and then opening it again. 🙂

This never works for me on ps5 last time I was only able to go back one single day and needed to go back two this time I only need to go back one day and the only available back up is the literal day I’m already on…

Steam has 10 backups while consoles due to their memory restrictions have up to 2
