Problem with Dehydrator and Autochest

The Dehydrator shows 5 finished and 1 processing item when you walk by, but when you open it, there is only 1 item in it

There are also no finished Items in the Autochest, but quite a few unprocessed items that are not being filled into the chest

Update: the dehydrator must have shown the Items i had already taken out earlier in the day, I stood next to the autochest for the rest of the day and watched it do its thing

• it apparently had stopped filling the machines left and right
• it removes the items from the machines and puts it in the chest, although the dehydrator still shows the finished item (this only changes when you manually put something in or take something out)
• i then filled it up manually (see the change in 2nd screenshot)
• the recycling machine on the other side was showing the correct amount of items, although it didn't get refilled either
• the recycling machine did have its finished items removed correctly
• the dehydrator did have its finished items removed, but the little label was still wrong
• none of this behaviour changed when I took all the items out of the auto-chest and re-added them
• it did not fix itself by going to bed
• it did not fix itself by closing and re-opening the game
• it did ONLY get fixed by closing and re-opening the game AND THEN interacting with the auto-chest

I also noticed something interesting while trying to film this behaviour: The autochest does not stop when the game is paused! (see how both machines are suddenly fully stacked)
