Unable to move after moving into certain position on map

Reproduction Steps

After dashing or mount/unmount on specific position with specific direction

Assume it depends on season as well, since I cannot make some of the stuck situation recur on current season(summer), the first 2 stuck were on Spring

*I resolve the first stuck situation by using fast travel and go back to farm then swing with sword.

Repro Rate

3 times since 1.1 hotfix 1 (1.1 -1123)

sorry I start recording after getting stuck. I remember that when I tried to mount, I saw horse's feet are covered by the stair; I believe that this is my second time stuck on this area, so I will try to make it reappear and take video next time
