Save file gone

My entire save file is gone after someone who shared my steam library played the game on their account - somehow keeping their file on my steam account but erasing mine. Is there any way to restore mine? I had 71 hours on the game 😦 I'm not sure if it's an issue from using it in shared library or what happened
