Remove animal machines underwater

So I found the post that explained that nothing but the temperature machine should be put in the underwater barns if you want animals happy + producing. However, I already put an auto-gather in before finding that post, and none of my tools seem to be reclaiming it as would work on land. Is there a trick to this, or do I just need to build a whole new barn and move everyone over there?

sometimes the aiming square likes to go invisible on me, especially underwater, so might just be bad aim

I'll have to try again the next time I get on. if it's still broken, bug report time

Someone said if you go in right when you wake up, it sometimes works. Outside of that, we're waiting on the next hotfix
