Previously while playing on Steam Deck, I could pick up the hat (v1.0). But I ended up having to redo the day after I ran out of battery on my Steam Deck. Currently playing on Steam on my PC and can no longer pick up the hat after the 1.1 update.

The same thing happens to me on Xbox (v1.1-1226). There is no button prompt to pick up the hat nor does using any tool on the hat do anything.
