switch to steam port key

I backed the switch version but would like to get the steam version that they offered because of the wait. I emailed right after they offered and it’s been longer than a week so should I email again or the email said to message here? Idk 🤷‍♀️

The official advice is to wait 14 business days to allow them to respond (so however many days since you emailed, only counting Mon-Fri, or three-ish weeks). If they haven't gotten back to you after that point, then you should follow up.

Just wanted to check if you heard back now and about how long it took. 14 Business Days is an extremely long time to hear back, especially if there is no confirmation email. I recently sent an email about changing to Steam now.

I did! And have been happily playing 😊

I emailed and it did take 5-10 business days. I had to confirm my purchase on kickstarter then I got a response to get it switched over within the week and I got my keys through backerkit s day or two later

Funny I have been back and forth with emails and no response , I even contacted some mod here on discord and they told me to send another email…. I’m quite upset with this poor management, I hope it goes smoothly now. 🤕 it’s actually been a month now with this exchange of emails.

When did you originally send yours? I'm still waiting but only sent my email at the start of the week. I'm hoping they didn't have an unmentioned cut off 😦 I missed the cutoff from like a year or two ago when they allowed changing 😭

Initially was the 5 of august , then sent a follow up 19 august then another one today as asked from the mods. 😢

I hope you get a response soon! Maybe double check you have the right email but it did take longer for my initial response and only count business days ! Hopefully you get to play soon!
