When/How does the rank A cutscene trigger?? Only got the pufferfish one til now.
Waited and tried for a couple days now.
People have the rankup dialoges but and unlocked the extras from the shops (they are bugged tho).

When/How does the rank A cutscene trigger?? Only got the pufferfish one til now....
You need to go into town when it's sunny weather. If it's not triggering, it might be because you're in Winter, just as a guess?
Otherwise it only really takes about a week of cutscenes to get through them all
