Issues on key change

Hello, I sent out an email the day right after the console delay notice was posted on Instagram back in July to change my switch keys. I received a response from one of the staff later on and sent the relevant information for the key change, but it's been past a week since then and I haven't received any final responses, I even reforwarded it as well.

It can take up to 14 business days for replies &/for key changes to process once info is received

I sent an email 14 days ago today and got an email last night where they got it swapped for me.

Have you checked your backerkit to see if the key has already been sent to you?

I never made an account when I backed, but I do have all my email confirmations saved, but they still say the switch key
