Planted peas fir the first time and can't get them now until season is over cause of the sfh module. Cause peas grows with those climbing aids you can't get to the collector until they wither or you manually destroy them. But destroying them can't ve a real solution for this.

So, actually not a bug, it is initially a bit confusing to deal with the peas on the growing towers, but you can approach it creatively. You can do some planning/patterning to allow you to access them for harvesting. An easy earlier game solution is to only use sprinkler 1s so that you can scythe harvest easily.
The way I deal with this challenge is to plant them with an auto harvester and make a little clear path to it so I can grab things each harvest.
