Title: Had an error code 9 while saving, loaded backup then exited game and save was no longer there
Repro: My game failed to save when I went to bed, I loaded a backup which sent me much further than I wanted to go, exited game and then my save was no longer on any available screens, cant play or load save.
Game Version: 1.1 - 1223
Game Platform: Steam PC
Inputs: Mouse and keyboard
Would like to know how I can get my save back pls I'm pretty sure there are some backups

Hi @oblique epoch Can you try going to the setting > changing Show Backup to "yes" > starting a new game until finish the opening cutscene > going back to the save list on the main menu > toggling on the Show Backup on the bottom left side of your screen to see if you're able to find the backup for your missing save file?

Yes that worked thanks! Just had to sleep and save that day to get the save back to normal. Thanks
