i bought aa potion from the community center for a skill point for the fishing skill and afterwards didnt get a skill point. later that night i leveled up in fishing and aslo didnt get a skill point. ive since leveled up in other skills and got points so it seems to just be the fishing skill.

I spent 1,500 points getting 3 elixirs and only got one skill point. It still has the elixirs for sale, but they took my merit points
