- Can't Chop Hardwood
Before anyone suggests this: I know you cannot chop the hardwood on your farm with a silver axe. I'm talking about the two hardwoods that spawn in the forest. (also, i've literally never posted on discord so idk how to format or if i attached things correctly)
For the two or three game days before, I was able to chop the hardwood that spawns in the forest fine with my silver axe with no problems. However, when I load into a new day, I cannot chop the logs. The little grid that shows you something can be chopped doesn't even show up.

Reproduction Steps
I don't know what is leading to this issue. When the day begins, two cut scenes play, the one where Chieftan gives my character the table thing, and Paul is delivering my pet. I cannot chop the hardwood whether or not I fast travel nearby, or walk all the way to the forest. It doesn't matter time of day. -
Repro Rate
It started on Steam Deck first (first gen steam deck 512 gb) and happened after quitting and reloading and restarting. I tried chopping the logs on my PC, and I'm having the same issue. -
