Reproduction Steps: Teleported to the diving point to start the summer beach cleanup festival. The cutscene triggered immediately, but Lily and Theo did not come into the picture until a bit through the scene where they weirdly slid in at different points. I have attached a video with the event. The scene finished normally from there. I had to shorten the video so that I could post it here, but after Theo pushed Jim into the water, the scene resumed normally.
Repro Rate: No idea, only had this cutscene once.
