It seems that the decoration, "Disco Vintage Ceiling Fan" is a solid object (like normal furniture, chairs, wardrobes, tables, etc) instead of non-solid one (like rugs, or wall decorations, etc), which hinders NPC (as shown with Mark) from going to from one point to another because they treat the "Disco Vintage Ceiling Fan" as something that blocking their way even though they aren't. :3

Also, Mark going into my side of the bed instead of his (from our point of view, my side should be the lower while Mark's should on the upperside) which indicative that his path is blocked due to the fan and unblocked once the fan is put away :3
