"Karen Announcing Her Mayoral Candidacy" cutscene plays regularly

Reproduction Steps: It occurs every few in-game days. There does not seem to be a set amount of days it takes to repeat. I had already seen the cutscene quite awhile ago in-game, then the first repeat occurred on Fall 27 Y2, followed by the next on Winter 7 Y2.

Notable is that this was not the first attempt at playing my save since the 1.1 update.

Repro Rate: Unknown. I am unsure how long it was between the first cutscene and the first repeat, but between the first repeat to the second repeat, it was 9 days.

Game Version: 1.1-1223

Came here to say I have this issue too and it appears again when I journey out the east side of the farm and every time I start playing the game again from the title

I'm glad you commented, because mine might be triggered by the Savannah. I'm going to try it and see if the cutscene happens again.

The same thing keeps happening to me

It just happened again for me, Winter 9 Y2. The day before, I did a lot of fishing, went into the Caves entrance, and the Beach Shack. Plus my barns and warehouse, but those don't seem to have an affect.

This is happening for me too! I had already seen the cutscene once before the 1.1 update, and now I've seen it 3 times since the update as well. I didn't write down the dates, sorry!

I'm also having this issue! It also seems to reset that storyline, because I've seen Karen visit the blacksmith shop twice now, both times after seeing the mayoral scene play again.
