I reached Town Rank A but in the community center it still appears Town Rank B. Pufferish quest is completed but the quests of reaching Rank A don't appear and so the other new quests. I don't know what to do. Please can someone help me? I can't go on with the story.

you'll get a cut scene where Connor puts something in your mailbox. The next sunny day after that, the cut scene should trigger if you go into town
