I reached Town Rank A but in the community center it still appears Town Rank B. Pufferish quest is completed but the quests of reaching Rank A don't appear and so the other new quests. I don't know what to do. Please can someone help me? I can't go on with the story.

I believe you just need to let a few in-game days pass. Max 2 weeks, I don’t remember how long it took for me but definitely a few days.

i had the same and while waiting is needed, it's still annoying because there's no hint to it and one just wonders what happens now <.<

Yes i reached it after some days
