Probably not, because at rank a you can just buy out of season seeds on the computer.

It would also make the ocean seed making quest pointless if you could just replicate the seeds easily from the crops rather than having to collect the right stuff to combine. Of course they could always make it so that you can’t put ocean crops in there, or make unlocking it dependent on unlocking all the ocean seeds at the store

Personally I’d like the option of one once I’ve unlocked all the seeds available

I’m just being a bit vague about the ocean crops because it’s spoiler and very much in the future of your playthrough

Yes, but you can’t do that for ocean seeds as far as I’m aware and the point and my favourite part of most seed makers in games is that you usually get FREE seeds. When you put in a crop and can get more than 1 seed back is what makes it have value to me

So it wouldn’t be pointless

I’ve unlocked all of them and I can’t buy them on the farm computer? But that doesn’t matter because they grow all year round and I can buy them at the underwater shop. My point about the seed maker is still the free seeds thing

I’m a big fan of chucking ancient seeds into the seed maker in Stardew for year round profits. So I’m used to a seed maker. I wouldn’t say no to one. Would change how I play a bit

I would make a LOT of cactus seeds if I could
