My game will not load it crashes as soon as you get to the title page to chose to play game it's very upsetting I really love the game but can't play I have came a long way on my game and can't even get in to play please please fix it I really love the game alot

Has anyone from the company commented on this? It started happening on my mom’s game this morning. I tried uninstalling the game and redownloading but it did not work.
